I have an ivona voice working on one computer and it use to work on my laptop but for the past couple weeks it stopped working for some reason I tried uninstalling the voice pack and reinstalling it but that didn't help.  Any information on as to why it would work on one and not the other would be great thanks.  I've also tried deleting the cookies for the website and deleting app data on google drive but that didn't help.
