Toggling enable speech off and on does not seem to do anything. With it set to either enabled or not, speech is always said.

Conversely, toggling PAUSE does indeed work, speech is only read when it is toggled on.

I would really need a toggle to work, with the associated hotkey. 

Anyone else have this problem? I need a quick and easy way to enable and disable the voice during livestreams.
