Installing TTS voices for Windows 10

• Press the Windows key + the R key to bring up the Run dialog box.
  Type in the following command and press Enter:
  
  ms-settings:regionlanguage
  
  
  
  
• This will bring up the "TIME & LANGUAGE" settings panel.
  If the language you need was not installed, just click "Add a language" button to add the language you need.
  
  
  
  
• After installed the language, click "Options" button of the language.
  
  
  
  
• If you havn't install the "Speech" yet, click "Download" button on the "Speech" section.
  
  
  
  
• It will then install the TTS voice.
  
  

Change the default TTS voice

• Press the Windows key + the R key to bring up the Run dialog box.
  Type in the following command and press Enter:
  
  control /name Microsoft.TextToSpeech
  
  
  
  
• This will bring up the "Text to Speech" settings dialog.
  Change the voice here.
