Is there a way to increase the volume of TTS?

I don't have a setting in windows to do it, and every tab specific volume controlling extension for Chrome ignores Speechchat (assuming thats because it runs off my OS' tts)

The only solution is to reduce the volume of other tabs through a 3rd party app to compensate...

Is there volume control coming?
