  • Currently, Google Voices that comes with Google Chrome will freeze randomly for unknown reasons. I speculate that Google may have set a limit on how many times it can be used per a couple of minutes.

    This problem cannot be solved on our end.

    My suggestion is to use voices installed on your system, such as Microsoft TTS voices or use the online voices that come with the Microsoft Edge browser.
