  • Press the Windows key + the R key to bring up the Run dialog box.
    Type in the following command and press Enter:

    control /name Microsoft.TextToSpeech

    [Image: 5UujqbC.jpg]

  • This will bring up the "Text to Speech" settings dialog.
    Click "Advanced" button to change the audio output device.
