It would be a nice feature if under the speechchat > chat > message menu,
there were some tailored categories for user types.
For instance, you could setup the following rule sets:
Non-followers: character limit 50 "$message$"
Followers: character limit 100 "$username$, $message$"
Subscriber: character limit 200 "$username$, $message$"
VIP: character limit 400 "$username$, $message$"
That way you could customize how much talk time you want to allow each successive tier of viewer.
This would help to manage significantly large chat rooms where important chatters can get lost in the noise.
I would always prefer to give priority ear time to the regular/supporting viewers as a way to appreciate them.
