• Which live streaming platforms you were using when the issue happened? (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, etc...)
  
• Could you see or hear any chat messages?
  
• Have you try to disconnect from those platforms and reconnect again?
  
• Which browsers you were using?
  
• Have you try to restart your browser?
  
• If possible, open the browser console (shortcut keys for Chrome: ctrl+shift+j, Firefox: ctrl+shift+k) and send us a screenshot of it.
  

Not working for me, not reading

Which live streaming platforms you were using when the issue happened? (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, etc...) - Youtube
Could you see or hear any chat messages? I see the msg's, and it read the on my first attempt, and then it stopped later
Have you try to disconnect from those platforms and reconnect again? Yes, even stopped the stream and created a new one
Which browsers you were using? G.Chrome
Have you try to restart your browser? Yeah, even my PC
If possible, open the browser console (shortcut keys for Chrome: ctrl+shift+j, Firefox: ctrl+shift+k) and send us a screenshot of it.
