ok i have got speech chat to work for mint cinamon,

I have a .voice file from cereproc
I am using the cereproc sdk
how do i install heather.voice into linux cinamon mint so that speech chat can see it?

perhaps you could integrate cereproc voices into speech chat?

I really like their tts voices

I am basically a bit lost when it comes to adding extra tts voices into linux.
