We were switching to a new web host and the server side codes are completely rewritten. We expected the migration will cause lots issues, but there is urgency in transferring to a new host cause the old host will close their service at the end of this month (September 2017).

The migration was completed. If you are having any problem on our website, please post on this forum or contact us by email. Please describe the issue that you are experiencing as detailed as possible. For example:
- Which platforms are you streaming? (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, etc...)
- Can you see or hear any chat messages?
- Did you try to disconnect from those platforms and reconnect again?
- Which browser are you using?
- Did you try to restart your browser?
- If possible, please open the system logs from the control panel and send us the error messages.

Hey, I don't think you are doing wrong. Smile  I'm quite sure that there are still some bugs not being fixed after the update.

Can you tell me if you can see chat messages displayed on SpeechChat?
Also, our beta site (https://beta.speechchat.com) have fixed some bugs, please try it out and let me know if it can solve you problem or not.

Hello, I have tried this website for use of TTS while I'm streaming (so it's on a different computer since I can't change the audio output for my current tts options) and while the website is successfully pulling up chat, there is no TTS happening.

- Which platforms are you streaming?                                                                                                     Mixer
- Can you see or hear any chat messages?                                                                                              See chat, do not hear
- Did you try to disconnect from those platforms and reconnect again?                                                       Yes
- Which browser are you using?                                                                                                              Google Chrome version 62.0.3202.94
- Did you try to restart your browser?                                                                                                      Yes
- If possible, please open the system logs from the control panel and send us the error messages.                 n/a

Hi, have you tried to change the preferred voice to those prefixed with "Google"?

You have mentioned you were streaming on a different computer, so I think the problem may be is that the computer with TTS is not configured to output the browser's audio. Can you test the browser's audio on other websites such as youtube?

Having trouble tonight - December 7th.

When I went to speechchat.com I had to grant google drive permissions again.  After doing that it didnt have any of my normal configuration.  Also only showed 10 stars.  But I set the basic stuff I wanted and it seemed to work fine for an hour or so.

Then I went back and now it shows the "Connect with google drive for further access" page, and when I click Connect it just shows disconnected in the background and doesnt proceed to let me select an account or anything.

We are currently working on this issue. A possible workaround would be to refresh the page or restart the browser when it keep shows disconnected in the background.
