If I were to do a broadcast on my Android on the road and use the same phone for both broadcasting and speech chatting speech chat would not come up because it's not the dominant window.
If you could maybe you could have speechchat.com in the browser window have a vocal priority when on a website in the background when selected using Google Chrome.
Otherwise I have to take a second phone just to do speech chat right on the road.
