If you are having any problem on our website, please post on this forum or contact us by email.
Please describe the issue that you are experiencing as detailed as possible. For example:
- Which live streaming platforms you were using when the issue happened? (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, etc...)
- Could you see or hear any chat messages?
- Have you try to disconnect from those platforms and reconnect again?
- Which browsers you were using?
- Have you try to restart your browser?
- If possible, open the browser console (shortcut keys for Chrome: ctrl+shift+j, Firefox: ctrl+shift+k) and send us a screenshot of it.
