I see a good friend on my twitch stream.
I saw his presence in stream, but could neither hear his message NOR see his chat in print.
He said he had to register.
Is something wrong with speechchat, or twitch, or streamlabs Android scren streamer, or OBD?
My friend had to register. What's the deal?
