There is always a delay between the audience sending a chat message and they can actually hearing it from your stream. Sorry but we can't do much about it, it's beyond our capability.

We disabled the adjustment temporarily because the amount of API calls increased too fast and reached the daily quota limit.
We will enable the adjustment again when Youtube approve our request to increase the daily quota. It may take a few weeks until then.

It's evidence that people are using speech chat as much as they can. I think it is good news.
We'd like you to quickly approve it on YouTube.
