The texting are appearing backwards, for example someone sent "Hey, what's up?" but, it is appearing and being read as "?up what's ,Hey" instead and I can not figure out how to fix it. Is this a bug or a simple thing that needs to be changed? Can someone please help walk me through how to fix this?

Sounds like you have set the language to a right to left language (such as Arabic) somewhere on your system.
